At Crescendo Fest, our mission is to create a platform where African Nova Scotian and Black artists can thrive. To ensure the success of the festival and support our artists, we have implemented a submission fee.

Please note the following details regarding the submission fee:

• Fee Amount: $20.00CAD

• Non-Refundable: The submission fee is non-refundable. This policy ensures we can cover the necessary costs of organizing the event and provide a quality experience for all participants.

• Goal: Our primary aim is to break even while offering a valuable platform for artists to showcase their talents.

• Free Conference Registration: We are pleased to offer free conference registration for artists who wish to attend the festival, enabling them to network, learn, and grow without any financial burden.

• Fair Artist Compensation: We are committed to paying our artists fairly, recognizing their invaluable contributions to the festival and the broader arts community.
